Key Responsibilities

Application Roles
• Provide technical support for Sales Team
• Support sales team in Sales activities
• Responsible for technical solution
• Technical discussions with customer and suppliers
• Arrange and Approve drawing for sales support
• Check and approve product before send to customer

Service Roles
• Support onsite troubleshooting and collaborate with other related parties to solve issues and problems
• Supervise Installation and commissioning and coordinated with all stakeholders
• Onsite service for sale support
• Provide equipment/ machine operation and basic maintenance training to customer
• Product testing and demonstration
• Generate report in timely manner

Qualification

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science • Ability to travel upcountry to customers’ sites • Previous experience in after sales/service and technical support is an advantage • Ability to identify opportunities for business development • Ability to work under pressure • Excellent customer service skill and ability to build and manage relationship with stakeholders • Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skill • Service mind. Work well with other people from multicultural environment • Awareness and understanding of health and safety requirement • Having excellent computer skills • Self-motivate and Proactive
