· Manage and strengthen relationships with customers in the industrial sector

· Recommend and deliver tailored product solutions that align with customer needs

· Conduct regular client visits to assess challenges and propose effective solutions

· Prepare quotations, coordinate with suppliers, and actively follow up on sales opportunities

· Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

· Accurately record sales activities and customer data within the CRM system

· Drive sales performance through proactive customer engagement and market intelligence

· Oversee sales-related documentation and planning, including customer visit plans, reports, and sales summaries

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B sales; experience in industrial products or filtration solutions will be an advantage
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to systematically expand the customer base
  • Strategic mindset with a solid understanding of business development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer understanding with the ability to build long-term relationships
  • Proficient in CRM systems and effective pipeline management
  • Growth mindset with a strong results-oriented approach
