job description

· Manage and develop relationships with customers in the industrial sector

· Recommend and present suitable products and solutions to customers

· Conduct regular customer visits to identify issues and propose effective solutions

· Prepare quotations, coordinate with suppliers, and follow up on sales opportunities

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

· Accurately record sales activities and customer information in the CRM system

· Support sales targets through proactive customer engagement and market follow-up

· Handle sales-related documentation and planning, including visit plans, reports, and sales summaries

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales (high-potential fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in industrial products and willingness to learn technical information
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for achieving targets
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive
  • Experience with CRM systems will be an advantage
